Terms and Conditions


A deposit is required to secure a booking equivalent to 50% of the cost of the package chosen. The balance and final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.

Change of Final Guest Numbers

We need to be notified at least a weak prior to your event date should there be any changes to the number of guests attending your event.

A fee equivalent to 50% of cost per head will be payable for each cancelled guest should the cancellation occur between 4 and 7 days prior to your event.

A fee equivalent to 100% of the per head rate for each cancelled guest will be payable if the cancellation is between 3 or less days prior to the event. In this circumstance, we will provide catering for those cancelled guests on the day of your event.

Should your number of guests fall below the minimum required number for the package chosen, you will be asked to pay the minimum charge specified in the price list.

Refunds & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your entire event, the following costs will apply:
Notification of cancellation 7 days prior to the event will incur a $100.00 fee.

Notification of cancellations that occur 4 -6 days prior to the event will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the event cost.

Notification of cancellations that occur 3 or less days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the event cost.

Bond towards Damages

A $150.00 damage bond is payable when you are making your final payment before the event. The damage bond will be refunded via bank transfer once all items have been inspected and collected.

Collection of Crockery and Cutlery

We value our crockery and cutlery. At the end of your event we will collect the items from your venue by 6pm or at a mutually agreed time. Where items cannot be collected on the same day all items have to be rinsed and placed in provided trays or boxes. All items are to be rinsed by hand in cold water only. Please do not place any of our items in the dishwasher!

Delivery and Collection

All I Love Tea High Tea Packages qualify for free delivery, setup and collection within a 20 km radius of Metropolitan Perth. Deliveries beyond the 20 km radius are charged at $2 per kilometre.
We deliver & setup the day prior to your function or early in the morning on the day of the function according to the arrangements made.

Food allergies

It is your responsibility and the individual guest responsibility to make us aware of any food allergies. On disclosure we will discuss the situation and inform you whether those specific food allergies can be accommodated and catered for. If you fail to advise us of any food allergies at least 7 days prior to the event, we will not be able to cater for your function and we would request that those guests do not consume the food that we provide.
